
Spreadsheets for Physical Educators
This is the official site for Spreadsheets for Physical Educators via the Internet sponsored by Bonnie's Fitware, Inc.
This course is designed to introduce physical educators to the use of spreadsheets for teacher productivity and instruction. Participants will complete the course with intermediate skills in the use spreadsheets. They also will learn practical applications for desktop spreadsheets as well as handheld spreadsheets in physical education.
Participants will be able to:
-Design an electronic budget using a spreadsheet
-Design an electronic inventory using a spreadsheet
-Design an electronic grade book using a spreadsheet
-Design an electronic fitness report using a spreadsheet
-Design an electronic mileage chart using a spreadsheet
-Describe the use of spreadsheets in the instructional process
-Create and design a spreadsheet for a professional use

For those taking the class for any type of credit - specifics will be explained as we progress through the course.
1. Completion of 6 online modules.
2. Create the following assigned spreadsheets: inventory, budget, mileage charts, grade books, and fitness reports.
3. Describe the use of spreadsheets in the instructional process.
4. Create a spreadsheet based on a professional need.
