You will get a letter of completion when you complete the course.
If you need college credit, it is available from Emporia State University. These are 700-level courses - one unit each. The additional cost for college credit is $373 for out-of-state residence and $290 for Kansas residence. (Pricing for college credit is subject to change).
The cost for these credit options are above and beyond the cost for the course. And, the fee is payable to Emporia State University during the first module of the course.
